Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is looking for an energetic and creative Student Engagement Executive who can actively engage students through games, activities, events, competitions, and interactive sessions. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, enthusiastic, and capable of taking initiative to create a fun, positive, and engaging student environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct games, fun activities, competitions, quizzes, and interactive sessions for students.
- Take initiative in organizing regular student engagement activities.
- Create new and creative ideas to keep students actively involved.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor games and team-building activities.
- Organize celebrations, events, theme days, talent activities, and student programs.
- Encourage students to participate in activities and build a positive campus atmosphere.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for student activities.
- Identify students' interests and introduce suitable engagement programs.
- Manage activity schedules, participation, and basic event requirements.




- Take feedback from students and continuously improve engagement activities.
- Build valuable rapport with students and ensure they feel comfortable and involved.
- Support the team in maintaining a lively and positive learning environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and highly enthusiastic personality.
- Strong creativity and ability to come up with new activity ideas.
- Comfortable speaking and interacting with groups of students.
- Good organizing and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in student activities, events, entertainment, hospitality, training, or campus engagement will be preferred.
- Must be willing to actively participate in and conduct games and activities.
