We are looking for dynamic Counsellors to guide students through the study abroad process, from initial enquiry to registration. The role focuses on student counselling, lead conversion, and achieving admission targets, with solid career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on overseas education options.
- Guide course, university, and career pathway selection.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and documentation.
- Participate in seminars, events and outreach activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of study abroad processes and CRM tools
