- Counsel students interested in studying abroad
/n
- Understand students' academic background and career goals
/n
- Guide students on suitable countries, courses and universities
/n
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins
/n
- Follow up with prospective students and parents
/n
- Explain admission requirements, intakes, scholarships and application processes
/n
- Coordinate with admissions and visa processing teams
/n
- Maintain proper student and lead follow-up records
/n
- Work towards counselling and admission targets
/n /n We're Looking For: /n /n
- 1+ year of relevant counselling/admission experience OR freshers with strong English communication skills
/n
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
/n
- Confidence in speaking with students and parents
/n
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
/n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
/n
- Basic computer knowledge
/n
- Interest in the overseas education industry
