Student Counseling & Guidance:

Provide comprehensive career counseling to students and their parents, helping them identify suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.

Clearly explain the entire study abroad process, including eligibility criteria, application timelines, and financial requirements.

Convert student inquiries and walk-ins into successful admissions by building trust and demonstrating expertise.

IELTS & Exam Support:

Counsel and motivate students throughout their IELTS preparation journey, ensuring they stay on track to achieve their desired scores.

Provide expert guidance on IELTS exam registration, including booking test dates and understanding the required documentation.

Answer student questions regarding the IELTS format, scoring, and preparation strategies.

Application & Visa Assistance:





Assist students with the entire application process, including university selection, filling out application forms, and preparing required documents.

Provide detailed guidance on visa procedures and documentation requirements for various countries.

Ensure all applications and visa-related documents are accurate and submitted on time.

Administrative & Reporting:

Maintain a systematic record of all student interactions, applications, and follow-ups in the company's CRM or database.

Prepare and present reports on student admissions, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to management.

Stay updated on the latest changes in university admissions policies, visa regulations, and IELTS exam patterns.

Relationship Building

Build and maintain a robust, positive rapport with students, serving as a mentor and guide.

Effectively communicate with universities and other partners to resolve student queries and facilitate the admission process.
