Role Overview The Student Counsellor will guide students in their academic, career, and personal development. The role involves understanding student needs, providing counselling, and maintaining regular follow-ups. The counsellor will also coordinate with parents and faculty to ensure effective student support and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct student counselling and provide academic/career guidance.

- Understand student concerns and provide appropriate support.

- Follow up with students and monitor their progress.

- Communicate with parents and coordinate with faculty when required.

- Maintain counselling records confidentially.

- Conduct student orientation and development activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Social Work, or a related field.

- 1+ year of relevant experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle students professionally and confidentially.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
