Job Title: Structural Engineer

Location: Madurai & Bangalore

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with 5-7 years of professional experience to lead and deliver structural design and analysis for a wide range of projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and code-compliant designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, wood and composite structures in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
- Perform static and dynamic analysis with international standards.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, design drawings, and technical reports.
- Lead design activities for assigned projects and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other stakeholders.
- Provide input to structure BIM and rebar team as per the design calculations.
- Review General Arrangement drawings, shop drawings and respond to RFIs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Peer review and design validation.
- Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.




- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Masters degree in Structural Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of structural design codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE7, Eurocodes, IS codes).
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, IdeaStatiCa, SAP2000, Enercalc, RISA-3D, RAM Connections).
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination and client handling abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in leading project teams or acting as a discipline lead.
- Exposure to international projects and standards.
- Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit or Tekla is an advantage.
- Experience in design of Commercial structures, Industrial structures, Data Centre structures, Precast Concrete, Post tension slabs, Prestressed Concrete, Bridges and Water tanks are preferred.
