Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the design team in developing creative solutions for aircraft structures using Catia V5 software.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Airbus standards and regulations.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and reports.

- Provide guidance on structural design principles, best practices, and industry trends to junior engineers.

Job Requirements :

- 12-20 years of experience in aerospace engineering or related field.

- Proficiency in Catia V5 software for structural design.

- Strong understanding of airbus standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100).

- Experience working on large-scale projects involving complex systems integration.

Demonstrated Capabilities

- Knowledge of sheet metal design principles, manufacturing processes, forming techniques, and assembly methods.

- Knowledge of tolerancing, HnF, design principles, RSDP, and Aircraft Modeling Rules.

- Knowledge of structural aeronautical design constraints.

- Knowledge of commercial aircraft fuselage structures and sheet metal airframe components, including design and integration requirements.

- Knowledge of aeronautical materials (metallic and composite) and their application in aircraft structural and sheet metal design.
