Role Description
nThis is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role will support inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations with prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting the company services, understanding customer requirements, and collaborating with the design team to prepare quotations and proposals. The role also involves conducting site visits, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. The role will contribute to local marketing initiatives, attend client meetings, gather feedback, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from first contact to project handover.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective and existing clients.n
- Basic sales skills, including lead qualification, pipeline follow-up, and negotiation support, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related sectors.n
- Ability to understand and explain design concepts, budgets, and timelines clearly and confidently to customers.n
