nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a senior Consulting & Sales leader with deep experience in the Banking & Financial Services industry.
nThe role will focus on engaging senior banking leaders, understanding their business priorities, identifying transformation opportunities, shaping consulting propositions and converting these opportunities into revenue.
nThe ideal candidate should combine banking domain expertise, consulting experience, CXO relationships and a strong track record in consultative/solution sales.
nKey Responsibilities

- Drive consulting sales and business development across banks and financial institutions.n
- Build and manage relationships with CXO and senior decision-makers across target banking accounts.n
- Identify current consulting and transformation opportunities within existing and current clients.n
- Understand client business challenges and translate them into relevant consulting propositions.n
- Lead the complete sales cycle from client engagement, opportunity identification and solution shaping to proposal, negotiation and closure.n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and take ownership of revenue/bookings targets.n
- Work closely with internal product, solution and delivery teams to develop compelling client propositions.n
- Lead strategic pitches, RFP responses, proposals and commercial discussions.n
- Develop account strategies to deepen relationships and expand business with key banking clients.n
- Build market presence through CXO forums, industry events, partnerships and thought leadership.n
- Bring solid understanding of banking transformation trends including digital banking, payments, transaction banking, lending, data and AI.n
