- Drive periodic vendor reviews and corrective action plans for performance gaps.
- Partner with Legal and Finance teams to manage contractual and commercial risks and resolve vendor escalations.
4. Cost Optimization & Procurement Analytics
- Identify and execute strategic cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives across service and spare categories.
- Drive spend consolidation, rate benchmarking, competitive bidding, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare and maintain MIS/dashboards covering procurement spend, savings, vendor performance, inventory, and open requirements.
- Support annual budgeting, cost forecasting, and procurement planning for network expansion and O&M; operations.
- Use procurement data and market intelligence to support sourcing and commercial decisions.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Projects, O&M;, Engineering, Finance,
and Operations teams to align procurement plans with business requirements.
- Translate operational requirements into effective sourcing strategies and commercial outcomes.
- Ensure timely availability of services and critical parts to support charger uptime and network expansion.
- Build solid stakeholder and vendor relationships while maintaining procurement governance and transparency.
