We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who want to work in the field of public affairs and policy to contribute to the positive developments in Gujarat and the country and do not mind stretching themselves when it means creating meaningful impact on the ground.

Associates/Senior Associates are part of project teams and work closely with organizational and client stakeholders to develop and execute campaign and outreach strategies. They plan and manage end-to-end execution of initiatives, coordinate with various teams, and manage stakeholder engagements.

Teams interact closely with leaders, administrators, and organizers at constituency, district, state, and national levels. While this provides significant exposure, it also requires a high level of confidentiality, strong stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to excellence. Teams provide insights to internal stakeholders on the progress and effectiveness of initiatives through continuous reporting and analysis.

The role often requires evening and weekend work, along with extensive travel.

Position Requirements

- The position involves working across Gujarat, and selected individuals will be expected to travel extensively and interact with multiple stakeholders.




- The role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with a clear understanding of the consulting environment. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving, team leadership, client management, strategic thinking, and communication skills, and should thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute ideas and strategies for the rollout of campaign and outreach initiatives.
2. Manage projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
3. Conduct research and present findings to support decision-making and on-ground activities.
4. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to recommend practical solutions.
5. Display a strong bias for action and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.

Desired Qualifications &

Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate with solid academic credentials from a reputed institution.
- Good knowledge of Gujarat's culture, geography, history, and society will be an added advantage.
- Experience in consulting, public affairs, advocacy, governance, social impact, or related fields is preferred.
- Willingness to work, stay, and travel across Gujarat.
- Proficiency in Gujarati is mandatory.
