Store Manager – Zivame Retail Store Location: Bagalur Road, Hosur Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month Industry: Fashion / Lingerie / Retail Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Zivame retail store in Hosur.

The Store

Manager will be responsible for achieving store sales targets, leading the sales team, delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring that the store operates according to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities - Manage complete day-to-day operations of the Zivame store.

- Achieve monthly and daily store sales targets.
- Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team.
- Allocate daily sales targets and responsibilities to staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a comfortable shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and product-related concerns professionally.
- Monitor product displays, visual merchandising and store presentation as per Zivame brand standards.
- Maintain proper stock levels and monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate replenishment and stock requirements with the concerned team.
- Manage billing, cash/card/UPI transactions and daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare and share daily and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, grooming and discipline.
- Train and guide new sales staff on products, customer handling and selling techniques.
- Work towards improving conversion rate,



average bill value and repeat customers.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety and overall maintenance of the store.
- Coordinate with management and Zivame representatives for promotions, offers and operational requirements.

Candidate

Requirements - Minimum 2–5 years of retail experience.

- Previous experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader preferred.
- Experience in fashion, lingerie, apparel, cosmetics, footwear or premium retail will be an advantage.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a retail sales team.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, POS systems, inventory and Microsoft Excel.
- Should be comfortable working with sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil and English.
- Kannada knowledge will be an added advantage for the Hosur market.
- Candidates from Hosur and nearby areas preferred.

Working Hours Store operates in shifts: Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Weekly off will be provided as per the store roster.

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month Salary will be finalized based on the candidate's retail experience, managerial ability and previous performance.
