Role Description This is a full time, on-site Store Manager role based in Bengaluru.

The Store

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and coordination of in-store activities.

Responsibilities include supervising store staff, assigning duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns, and driving customer satisfaction.

The Store





Manager will also work to minimize retail loss through effective control measures, track sales performance, and support achievement of store targets.

Qualifications

- Last mail Experience or good knowledge in last mail is a prior.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal Communication skills for working with customers and store teams.
- Experience in Store Management, including supervision of staff and day-to-day retail operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic store security procedures.
- Prior experience in retail, dark stores, or warehousing environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage shifts, and handle high-volume operational workloads.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems, inventory tools, and MS Office or equivalent applications.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further retail or management training is beneficial.
