Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer experience by offering personalized eye care solutions to customers.
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams, dispense contact lenses, and provide refractions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, including prescriptions and sales reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve store targets and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in optometry or related field (optometrists).
- B.Sc degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- Robust knowledge of optical sales, contact lens fitting, dispensing, refraction techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
