Role & responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the store staff, ensuring everyone performs their responsibilities effectively.
- Allocate tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism within the store team.
- Motivate the team and drive them towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Welcome and assist customers, understand their requirements, and provide styling/product recommendations.
- Ensure an excellent and premium customer experience.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, billing, and store records.
- Ensure the store is well-presented, organized, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with the backend/team for stock requirements and replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Take initiative and make decisions to ensure the smooth functioning of the store.
- Report daily sales, staff performance, stock, and other important store updates to management.

We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, presentable, and proactive, with strong leadership qualities and the ability to take charge of the store and team. The candidate should have a customer-first approach and a genuine interest in fashion and retail.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/store management is mandatory.
- Experience in mens ethnic wear/fashion retail will be preferred.
- Presentable and well-groomed personality.
- Valuable spoken English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to take charge and effectively manage store staff.
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
- Confident, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and day-to-day retail operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
