Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and organized Store Boy Assistant to support the daily operations of the hotel store. The role involves receiving, checking, storing, and issuing food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, kitchen items, and other hotel materials while maintaining proper stock records and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive goods delivered to the hotel.

- Check delivered items against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

- Inspect items for quantity, quality, expiry dates, and damages.

- Properly arrange and store materials in designated storage areas.

- Issue items to different hotel departments as per approved requisitions.

- Assist with stock counting and regular physical inventory.

- Maintain proper storage conditions and cleanliness of the store.

- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices where applicable.





- Help maintain accurate stock records and report shortages or damaged items to the Store Manager.

- Keep the store organized and ensure items are easily accessible.

- Support the Store Manager and other departments with day-to-day store-related tasks.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, supermarket, warehouse, or store is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of stock handling and inventory procedures.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic reading and writing skills.

- Knowledge of hotel supplies and food storage practices will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
