Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Hyderabad.

The Store

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising sales floor activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating merchandise displays, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Manager will drive sales performance, support customer service initiatives, resolve customer concerns, and implement retail loss prevention practices. The role also includes training and coaching team members, tracking key performance metrics,



preparing basic reports, and collaborating with management to achieve store targets and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience and effective handling of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Solid Communication skills to interact with customers, lead store staff, and coordinate with management and support teams.
- Store Management skills to oversee daily operations, manage staff, monitor inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Retail Loss Prevention skills to implement procedures that reduce shrinkage and ensure compliance with security and cash-handling protocols.
- Experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, including weekends and peak retail hours as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on meeting sales and operational targets.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
