- Take complete ownership and drive all business goals of Pan-India for growing Rupeek's gold loan branch business Pan-India, aligning them with the organization's objectives.n
- Lead and deliver on targets of branch expansion and manpower hiringn
- Lead and deliver on targets for recent customer acquisition, repeat business, revenue, retention, risk management and profitability.n
- Oversee the end-to-end execution and review process of the branch team, driving operational discipline and expanding offline customer acquisition channels.n
- Derive valuable insights from the field, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate them into actionable business strategies to address operational challenges.
