Job Description
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across LATAM markets. Identify, evaluate and manage distributors, partners and business associates . Build strong relationships with existing and potential LATAM partners. Develop commercial proposals, business models and partnership agreements . Handle commercial negotiations related to pricing, margins, volumes, payment terms and contracts. Analyze market size, competition, pricing, product demand and business potential. Identify new product and market opportunities . Prepare business cases, sales projections and P&L; for potential opportunities. Coordinate with Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D; and Commercial teams . Support pharmaceutical product registration and regulatory activities in LATAM markets. Track sales performance, forecasts and market developments. Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion. Support market-entry strategies and product launches.



Preferred LATAM Market Experience Brazil | Mexico | Colombia | Chile | Peru | Argentina | Ecuador | Central America Candidate Profile 7–9 years relevant experience for Manager level. 10–12 years relevant experience for Sr. Manager level. Strong experience in Business Development / International Business Development . Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. Hands-on experience with LATAM markets highly preferred. Experience in pharma exports / international business / B2B sales . Strong experience in distributor and partner management . Experience in commercial negotiations and contract discussions . Robust understanding of market analysis and business development. Experience in business cases, forecasting and P&L; . Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements . Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
