Key Responsibilities

- Staff Management
- Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and other store staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties.
- Train employees and monitor their performance.
- Maintain discipline and teamwork.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of medicines and other pharmacy products.
- Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of stock.
- Check expiry dates and arrange proper storage of medicines.
- Minimize stock shortages, overstocking, and wastage.
- Maintain proper records of stock movement.
- Customer Service
- Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient, and professional service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues appropriately.
- Ensure prescriptions are processed accurately by qualified pharmacy personnel.
- Pharmacy Operations
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized,



and safe.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure the pharmacy follows applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain required licenses, records, and documentation.
- Ensure medicines are stored and handled according to required standards.
- Support the pharmacist in maintaining compliance with prescription and controlled-medicine requirements.
- Financial Management
- Monitor sales and expenses.
- Control operational costs.
- Reduce losses caused by expired, damaged, or missing stock.
- Review sales reports and work toward store targets.
- Security and Safety
- Prevent theft, fraud, and unauthorized access to medicines.
- Ensure proper storage of high-risk or restricted medicines.
- Follow procedures for workplace and customer safety.

Experience: 5 Years Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
