About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the complete store and warehouse operations at our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material inward and outward, stock control, material issuance, documentation and coordination with Production, Purchase, Quality and Accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Handle receiving and checking of raw materials, components, finished goods and other materials.
- Maintain proper records of material inward, outward, GRN, issue and return.
- Ensure systematic storage, identification, tagging and arrangement of materials.
- Maintain accurate physical and system stock.
- Issue materials to the Production Department as per approved requirements.
- Monitor inventory of bathtubs, showers, spas, sauna products, CP fittings, electrical components,



plumbing items, hardware, accessories and packaging materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Identify shortage, excess, damaged, slow-moving and obsolete stock and report to management.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate with Production regarding daily material requirements.
- Maintain proper records of rejected, damaged, returned and excess materials.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage and wastage.
- Supervise store staff, helpers and warehouse workers.
- Allocate daily work and ensure discipline and productivity within the store team.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store and warehouse.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and stock reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
