About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Store Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations, sales and performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of store sales, targets and overall profitability.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales and store team to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily sales, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups to maximise conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience.
- Manage stock, inventory, ready-stock movement and visual merchandising.
- Ensure proper handling and reporting of cash, billing and collections.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity and performance.
- Train team members on products, sales techniques and customer handling.
- Ensure quotations, orders, deliveries and customer requirements are followed up properly.
- Coordinate with management, warehouse, accounts and other stores for smooth operations.
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness,



presentation and compliance with company processes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, targets, stock, collections and team performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and bring recent ideas to improve store performance.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in retail/store management or sales.
- Strong sales, leadership and customer-management skills.
- Experience managing a team and achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of inventory and basic financial/store operations.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, accountable and comfortable taking ownership.
- Experience in furnishings, furniture, home décor or similar retail is preferred.

Ideal Candidate Someone who can run the store independently, lead the team, drive sales, maintain operational discipline and consistently improve store performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
