Retail Store Manager –

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales performance, and build a motivated team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting revenue and operational targets. Candidates with a strong retail background will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee all store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising

· Drive and monitor store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

· Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff to ensure optimal performance and low attrition





· Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience; resolve escalations promptly and professionally

· Maintain stock levels, coordinate with vendors, and manage shrinkage and loss prevention

· Implement promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store marketing activations

· Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and present performance insights to senior management

· Ensure store compliance with company standards, hygiene, safety regulations, and audit requirements

· Manage store budget, petty cash, and expense tracking

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
