We're seeking experienced Store/Warehouse Managers to manage dark store operations across quick commerce segment. The role entails improving the packer productivity, manage daily store operations and improve KEY Growth metrics Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the dark store, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery. 2. Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles. 3. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve business objectives. 4.
