1. Sales & Business Performance

· Drive store sales and profitability by achieving monthly and annual targets.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion, ATV, ASP, and footfall.

· Implement promotional activities and sales strategies as per company guidelines.

· Analyze sales trends and take corrective actions to improve performance.

2. Customer Experience

· Ensure delivery of a superior and consistent customer experience.

· Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.

· Build long-term customer relationships and enhance repeat business.

· Ensure adherence to service standards, grooming, and store etiquette.

3. BTL Activities & Local Marketing

· Plan and execute BTL activities to generate store walk-ins and brand visibility.

· Coordinate local area marketing initiatives such as:

· Society activations

· Corporate tie-ups

· Exhibition participation

· Referral campaigns

· Influencer/store collaboration events

· Maintain relationships with local vendors for branding, hoardings, pamphlet distribution, and event setups.

· Track ROI of BTL campaigns and submit performance reports to management.

4. Team Management & Leadership

· Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance and productivity.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

· Foster a positive, disciplined, and high-performing team culture.

5. Store Operations

· Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

· Implement Retail SOP in store and update daily SOP Checklist

· Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.





· Maintain store visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.

· Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.

6. Inventory & Loss Prevention

· Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

· Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.

· Ensure strong controls to prevent theft, pilferage, and losses.

· Coordinate with HO and warehouse teams for stock movements.

7. Reporting & Coordination

· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

· Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, HR, and accounts teams.

· Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.

8. Store Setup & Pre-Opening Project Coordination

· Lead and coordinate end-to-end store setup and pre-opening activities for current store launches.

· Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and mall authorities to ensure timely project completion.

· Ensure readiness of manpower, recruitment, onboarding, inventory, VM, IT systems, security, and operational infrastructure before launch.

· Monitor project timelines, track milestones, and resolve issues to ensure on-time store opening.

· Execute store launch activities, conduct readiness audits, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

· Facilitate smooth handover of the store to operations and maintain all project reports, checklists, and launch documentation.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role incumbent from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting manager and HR
