Job Title: Store Manager – IRTH (A Titan Brand)

Job Summary: IRTH, a premium women's handbag and accessories brand from Titan, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead store operations and drive sales performance. The role involves ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing store staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve store sales targets and business objectives.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and store standards.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and product display.
- Prepare store reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience as Store Manager in retail store management, preferably in fashion, handbags, accessories, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to drive sales and manage store operations efficiently.

Store Location: City Centre 2, Current Town, Kolkata Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
