What you will own: Open and close the shop every day Run the full shop floor — counter, tinting, picking, loading, deliveries Manage a team of 5–6 people Enforce billing discipline — every sale is billed, every bill is tracked Own the daily cash-up and nightly reporting Manage contractor credit accounts — limits, reminders, collections Receive and enter all inward stock the same day Handle the daily WhatsApp pre-order channel for contractors Sit with the owner senior daily and learn the buying side What we are looking for: 4–8 years in paint, hardware, building material retail or distribution Should know Asian Paints product system — bases, packs, tinting, shade codes Marathi and Hindi fluent; English basic is fine Someone who has handled a high-footfall counter and peak-hour rush Honest, physically present, not a desk person
