Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper / Store In-Charge to manage the complete store and inventory operations at our furniture and interior manufacturing factory in Anekal-Jigani.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward, outward, storage and issue of materials at the factory.
- Receive and verify materials against PO, Invoice and Delivery Challan.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.
- Handle inventory of plywood, MDF, HDF, laminates, veneers, timber, hardware, adhesives, chemicals, fittings, fasteners and consumables.
- Issue materials to the production team against approved Material Requisition / Issue Slips.
- Maintain proper documentation for material receipts, issues, returns, damages and rejections.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences.




- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase/Production for material requirements.
- Ensure proper labelling, stacking, storage and identification of materials.
- Prevent material damage, wastage, pilferage and unnecessary inventory accumulation.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Accounts and Administration teams.
- Prepare regular stock and inventory reports for management.
- Maintain a clean, organized and secure store as per factory requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Furniture, Interior, Woodworking, Modular Furniture or Construction Material industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of plywood, MDF, hardware, laminates, wood materials and production consumables is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/store management software.
- Good communication, coordination and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records.

Qualification PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate with relevant experience.
