Key Responsibilities :-

. Receive and inspect materials delivered to the construction site.

. Verify quantity and quality against purchase orders, Invoices, and delivery challans.

. Maintain Accurate stock and inventory records.

. Store materials safely and systematically.

. Issue Materials to site teams as per approved requirements.

. Maintain daily inward and outward material records.

. Conduct regular Physical Stock Checks and reconcile inventory.

. Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management about required materials.

. Report Damaged, excess, or shortage of materials.

. Maintain Proper records of GRN, invoices, challans, and other documents.

. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper orginization of the store.

. Coordinate With Purchase, Accounts, site Engineers, and Project Management teams.

Required Skills :-

. Basic Knowledge Of construction materials.

. MS Excel and Computer skills.

. Good Record-keeping and documentation skills.

. Accuracy in data entry and stock counting.

. Good Communication and coordination skills.

. Ability to work independently and Responsibly.

Qualification & Experience :-

Qualification :- 12th Pass/ Graduate

Experience :- 2-5 year of experience in store/ inventory Management, Preferably in a Construction Company.

Salary : As Per Experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹25,274.17 - ₹28,355.07 per month
