Job Title: MA Mobility Store - Executive

Role & Responsibilities

1. Raise requirements and do follow-up for the Mobility Aids Division related items.
2. Ensure material requirements are generated through SAP.
3. Act as a coordinator between RM store and shop floor to ensure no stock outs or interruptions due to RM shortage.
4. To count any 15 items every week and send report to all concerns with variance and reasons.
5. Maintain FIFO in store and bin card updation.
6.



Ensure daily RM stock is updated in SAP and any concerns to be discussed with plant head and accounts.
7. Report critical shortages well in advance to purchase and PPC.
8. Send RM weekly stock statement.
9. Get involved into any quality issues raised by factory and coordinate with QA/QC for further actions.
10. Report any rate changes to seniors on timely basis.
11. Track slow moving and obsolete inventory.
12. Ensure sufficient stock of consumables and local purchases is maintained.
13. Ensure physical vs system stock is correct and regular audits are done.
14. Communicate about rejected material with purchase within 8 hours after receipt of material.
15. Ensure all transactions are happening through SAP only (including job work, and intercompany)
16. Ensure all material is properly stacked.
17. 2 kaizens per month
