JOB VACANCY – STORE IN-CHARGE

Position: Store In-Charge

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities of the factory store.
- Receive, verify and issue raw materials, accessories and other materials.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory registers.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and raise requirements on time.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the store.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required by management.
- Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification:



10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Stores / Warehouse, preferably in the Garment / Textile Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage store activities independently.
