About the role

CCPL runs a cloud kitchen operation in Sainikpuri. We're hiring a Stores & Inventory Executive to own the store room end to end receiving raw material, issuing to the kitchen, controlling wastage, and keeping stock records accurate every single day.

In a cloud kitchen, food cost is the business. This role is a big part of protecting it.

What you'll do

- Receive daily deliveries of vegetables, meat, dairy, groceries, and packaging — check quantity, weight, and quality before accepting, and reject what doesn't meet standard
- Issue raw material to the kitchen against indents and maintain accurate issue records
- Run daily and weekly physical stock counts; reconcile closing stock against opening stock, purchases, and consumption
- Track theoretical vs actual consumption in Petpooja and investigate variances with the kitchen team
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO, monitor expiry dates, and ensure correct storage temperatures for dry, chilled, and frozen items
- Monitor and report daily wastage, spoilage, and shortages
- Maintain par levels for every SKU and raise purchase indents before anything runs out — no stockouts during service hours
- Coordinate with vendors on orders, delivery timing, shortages, returns,



and rate discrepancies
- Keep the store room clean, labelled, pest-free, and audit-ready per FSSAI norms
- Manage packaging material stock alongside food inventory
- Maintain all stock, purchase, and consumption entries in Petpooja, and share daily and monthly reports with management

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in stores or inventory, ideally in a cloud kitchen, restaurant, hotel, QSR, or catering setup
- Hands-on experience with Petpooja, or a similar restaurant POS and inventory system you can switch from quickly
- Understanding of food storage practices, FIFO, and shelf-life management
- Comfortable with Excel for reporting and reconciliation
- Sharp with numbers and disciplined about daily record-keeping
- Willing to work early morning shifts for deliveries, and on weekends cloud kitchens are busiest when everyone else is off
- Able to hold the line with vendors and the kitchen team on quality and quantity
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi; working English for reporting
- Based in or near Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, or ECIL preferred

Good to have

- Familiarity with FSSAI hygiene and documentation requirements
- Experience with food cost reporting or recipe-level costing in Petpooja
- Knowledge of GST invoicing and e-way bills
