Job Discription:

Store Operations

1. Supervise daily inward and outward material activities.
2. Check incoming material against PO, invoice, challan, and required documents.
3. Ensure proper storage, identification, tagging, and stacking of materials.
4. Maintain accurate stock records in ERP / Excel / stock registers.
5. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about shortages.
6. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
7. Ensure proper handling of raw materials, finished goods, packing materials, and other store items.
8. Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the store area.
9. Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

Dispatch Operations

1. Plan and supervise daily dispatches as per customer requirements and approved schedules.
2. Verify material quantity,



product details, packing, and condition before dispatch.
3. Coordinate with Production, Sales, Accounts, Quality, and Stores for timely dispatch.
4. Arrange and coordinate with transporters and vehicle drivers.
5. Ensure safe and proper loading of materials.
6. Verify dispatch documents including invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, packing list, and other required documents.
7. Maintain daily dispatch records and update dispatch status.
8. Follow up for POD (Proof of Delivery) and maintain proper records.
9. Handle and report dispatch discrepancies, shortages, damages, or wrong material immediately.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
