Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring materials.

- Receive raw materials, components, tools, and other items and verify them against purchase orders and delivery documents.

- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock balances.

- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials.

- Issue materials to the Production and other departments as per approved requirements.

- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and monitor inventory availability.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve stock discrepancies.

- Update stock details in ERP/software and maintain proper documentation.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments for material requirements.

- Monitor and report shortage, excess, damaged, or slow-moving materials.

- Follow FIFO practices wherever applicable.

- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards in the store area.





- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and store-related reports.

- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of store and inventory management.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

- Knowledge of ERP/software for inventory management is preferred.

- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage stock accurately and efficiently.

- Knowledge of manufacturing materials and components will be an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of 5S and workplace safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,604.56 per month
