Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store & Logistics Manager to manage our central store, inventory control, material management and end-to-end logistics & transportation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Store Management:

- Overall management of central store and site stores
- Maintain accurate stock records in Tally / ERP / Excel - inward, outward, stock ledger
- Ensure proper material receipt, inspection, storage and issue as per SOPConduct monthly physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Maintain minimum stock levels and raise indents for procurementEnsure proper preservation of materials (cement, steel, electrical items, shelter components)
- Control wastage, damage and pilferage of materials

Logistics & Transport Management:

- Plan and manage transportation of materials from head office to various project sites across India
- Coordination with transporters, freight negotiation and vehicle placement
- Manage fleet documents, e-way bills, challans,



LR and GRN
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery to meet project deadlines
- Track shipments and resolve transit issues / road blockages
- Optimize logistics cost and ensure safe handling of heavy structural materials

Coordination & Reporting:

- Coordinate with Purchase, Projects, Accounts and Site teams
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on stock, dispatches and logistics
- Lead and manage storekeepers and logistics team

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline, Diploma / Degree in Material Management / Supply Chain is preferred
- 9-10 years of proven experience in Store & Logistics / Transport Management
- Experience in Infrastructure / Construction / Manufacturing industry is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel and Inventory Management Systems
- Knowledge of GeM portal, e-way bill, logistics documentationStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multi-location stores

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
