We are looking for an energetic, polite, and customer-focused Steward / Waiter to join our team. You will be responsible for providing an excellent dining experience to our guests by presenting menus, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring the dining area remains clean and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently following safety and hygiene standards.
- Clean, clear, and reset tables quickly to maintain a smooth dining flow.
- Manage guest requests, feedback, and complaints with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Process guest bills and manage payments (cash,
card, or digital).
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, side stations, and service equipment.
Requirements & Skills:
- Prior experience as a Waiter, Steward, or Server in a restaurant/cafe is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust multitasking ability and teamwork mindset.
- Basic arithmetic skills for processing orders and payments.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
