Hiring: State Product Manager SLCV (Small and Light Commercial Vehicle)

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented State Product Manager SLCV Finance to drive business growth, portfolio quality, product penetration, and market expansion across the assigned state. The role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for the Small Light Commercial Vehicle financing business while collaborating with channels and dealer partners.

Key Responsibilities

Drive SLCV finance business growth across the state through dealers and channel network.

Develop market penetration strategies for new and used commercial vehicle financing.

Manage product profitability, portfolio performance, and asset quality.

Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, dealers, manufacturers, and channel partners.





Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

Conduct regular product training and capability-building sessions for field teams.

Candidate Profile- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline. 10–12 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Finance, Vehicle Loans, Asset Finance, or NBFC/Banking sectors. Solid understanding of SLCV market dynamics, dealer ecosystem, and customer segments. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned state.
