Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team to achieve sales targets and active the bank branch.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for selling insurance products through bank channels.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners, customers, and internal teams to drive business growth.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 7-10 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field.

- Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in insurance sales or team handling roles.

- Solid understanding of the Indian insurance industry, particularly in the area of life insurance.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
