Description

We are seeking immediate employment of a Senior (or higher) software engineer to drive the expansion to the existing DevOps tools and process to new teams inside of Skyworks.

Responsibilities

Work closely with multiple firmware and software teams

Communicate ideas and proposals clearly

Propose solutions based on team requirements and industry best-practices

Implement continuous integration frameworks

Be the primary point-of-contact for all engineers in Bangalore

Mentor junior engineers

Required Experience and Skills





BSEE/BSCE required

12+ years of industry experience in software, firmware, and or DevOps

Proven track record of designing, deploying, maintaining, and evangelizing software DevOps tools and methodologies

Must have a good understanding of the Agile approach to software development

Excellent written and verbal communication and technical presentation skills

Desired Experience and Skills

Creating and maintaining virtual machines/containers using Docker or other tools

Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining complex architectures

Experience with GitHub,

Experience with Azure DevOpsMlOps

Experience with Jenkins

Experience with build tools, such as Make, CMake, and others

Proficient in Python with knowledge of other scripting languages

Expierence working in both Linux and Windows development environments
