Responsibilities

- KRA1 Physically checking deployment of security Guards a) Responsible for check and report on deployment of guards on daily basis. b)To support SH Security to carry out surprise check of documents maintain maintained in workshop, DDU, gate passes, register of security.

- KRA2 Responsible for functioning of security surveillance gadgets To support SH Security Daily checking of gadgets for proper functioning b) Carry out investigation on theft and pilferages and submit reports to report to Manager

- KRA3 Liaison with local Thana incharge To support and coordinate with SH and Meeting relations with local police to build good working





- KRA4 Check and certify daily attendance of security personnel Checks the attendance register of guards deployed and certify their daily attendance. b) Irregularities and absence to be dealt strictly b) Proper record of visitors register visiting in office and mines

- KRA5 Ensure cordial safe atmosphere in colonies Ensure protected guards of company s assets in the residential areas and offices. b) Surprise checks of the offices
