We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting doctors during examinations and treatments. You will serve as a vital link between patients and medical staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and empathetic healing environment

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate daily patient care plans. Assist patients with daily activities and mobility as required.

Clinical Duties: Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen levels) and report any significant changes to the attending doctor.

Medication Administration: Safely administer oral, intravenous (IV), and intramuscular medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.

Assisting Doctors: Prepare patients for physical examinations, surgeries, or medical procedures, and assist healthcare professionals during rounds.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential electronic medical records (EMR) and nursing charts for all patients.

Emergency Response:



Provide immediate and effective nursing care in emergency situations or critical care scenarios.

Patient & Family Education: Explain treatment plans, discharge instructions, and home-care procedures clearly to patients and their families.

Infection Control: Adhere strictly to hospital sanitation, sterilization, and infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Sc. in Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma from a recognized institute.

Registration: Valid and active registration with the State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council (INC).Technical Skills:

Proficiency in basic nursing procedures (cannulation, catheterization, wound dressing, IV fluid management).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, emotional resilience, problem-solving abilities, and a robust sense of empathy.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹35,096.27 per month
