Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide high-quality patient care in various settings such as casualty, emergency, ICU, MICU, operation theatre and GNM wards.

- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, perform treatments, and document medical records accurately.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital processes.

Job Requirements :

- 0-9 years of experience in a reputed hospital setting (casualty, emergency department).

- Basic knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols related to general surgery.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergencies or critical situations.

- Certification in GNM Nursing would be an added advantage.
