: Staff Nurse

Job Purpose

We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating closely with doctors and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and safety.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Patient Care & Assessment:
- Perform initial patient assessments, monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, O2 saturation), and document medical histories accurately.
- Provide bedside care, including managing hygiene, mobility, and nutritional requirements.
- Medication & Treatment:
- Administer oral, intravenous (IV), and intramuscular medications accurately as prescribed by physicians.
- Manage IV lines, perform wound dressing, insert catheters, and assist with minor clinical procedures.
- Monitoring & Documentation:
- Track patient conditions continuously and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or physical charts systematically.




- Promptly identify and report any critical changes in patient status to the attending doctor or Senior Resident.
- Emergency Handling:
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, initiate CPR, and handle crash carts efficiently.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Provide detailed handovers during shift changes to maintain continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding post-discharge care, medication schedules, and health management.
- Compliance & Infection Control:
- Adhere strictly to hospital infection control policies, biomedical waste management (BMW) protocols, and NABH guidelines.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
- Licensure: Valid registration with the Haryana Nurses & Nurse-Midwives Council (HNRC) or Indian Nursing Council (INC).
- Experience: [e.g., 1–5 years] of experience in a reputed corporate hospital setup. Freshers with strong clinical internship records may apply for entry-level tracks.
- Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of clinical nursing procedures and pharmacology.
- Hands-on experience with medical equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors).
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
