Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and responsible Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, support doctors and other healthcare professionals, and ensure adherence to clinical and hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their individual needs and treatment plans.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient nursing records and documentation.
- Ensure proper preparation and care of patients before and after procedures or surgeries.
- Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the doctor or senior nursing staff.
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and medication-administration protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and appropriate standards in the nursing unit.




- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, treatment, diet, hygiene, and post-discharge care as required.
- Handle and maintain nursing equipment and supplies responsibly.
- Support emergency and critical-care activities within the scope of training and authorization.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other hospital departments.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of patient care.
- Perform other nursing duties assigned by the nursing supervisor or management.

Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable nursing council.
- Previous hospital/clinical experience is preferred; freshers may also be considered depending on the role.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures, patient care, infection control, and medication administration.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
