nExperience: 2–4 years of hands-on US Staffing/Recruitment experience
nShift: US Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (9-hours shift)
nJob Summary
nWe are looking for a US Non-IT & Engineering Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment. Prior Engineering recruitment experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with a combination of Engineering and broader non-IT recruiting experience are preferred.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer and placement.n
- Recruit for US Engineering and Non-IT requirements, with the ability to understand technical job requirements and identify qualified candidates.n
- Experience recruiting for Civil, Structural, Electrical, Utility, Construction, Transportation, or similar Engineering roles is strongly preferred.n




- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references and other channels.n
- Maintain candidate pipelines, submissions, interview updates and recruitment trackers.n
- Work closely with Team Leads, Account Managers and clients to meet submission, interview and placement targets.n

nRequirements

- n
- 2–4 years of US Staffing/Recruitment experience.n
- Engineering recruitment experience is strongly preferred.n
- Positive understanding of US recruitment processes and tax terms.n
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva or similar.n
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication and follow-up skills.n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.n
- Self-motivated and target oriented.n
