We guide students through every step of their journey — from shortlisting universities to visa approval — and we're looking for a detail-oriented Admission Specialist to join our growing team.
Role OverviewThe Admission Specialist will be the backbone of our admissions process — managing university applications, liaising directly with international institutions, tracking offer letters, and guiding students/parents through options at every stage. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously under deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesApplication & Offer Management
- Prepare, review, and submit student applications to partner universities/colleges abroad
- Track application status end-to-end and follow up proactively with institutions
- Receive, verify,



and process offer letters (conditional and unconditional)
- Maintain accurate records of deadlines, document checklists, and application stages for each student

University & College Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact with university admissions offices and international student recruitment teams
- Resolve queries related to documentation, eligibility, deferrals, and conditions on offer letters
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with university representatives and in-country agents

Student & Parent Counselling
- Present students with suitable university/course options based on their academic profile, budget, and career goals
- Explain offer letter conditions, scholarship opportunities, and next steps clearly to students and parents
- Guide students on document preparation (SOPs, LORs, transcripts, financial documents) required for applications
