We’re looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to take ownership of cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, reliability, and developer productivity for highly scalable, production-critical systems.

What you’ll own

- Design and architect highly available, scalable AWS infrastructure
- Build and manage Kubernetes-based production environments
- Own CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment speed, reliability, and automation
- Drive Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Build robust monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability frameworks
- Improve system reliability, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery
- Establish and improve SRE practices, SLOs, SLIs, and operational processes
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployments, and operational workflows
- Work on cloud security, IAM, networking, secrets management, and infrastructure governance
- Troubleshoot complex production, performance, networking, and infrastructure issues
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and long-term remediation




- Partner closely with backend, frontend, data, and security teams
- Mentor engineers and contribute to platform and infrastructure architecture decisions

What we’re looking for

- 8–11 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and production-scale cloud environments
- Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized workloads
- Robust Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience
- Expertise in CI/CD tools and deployment automation
- Strong Linux, networking, security, and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Experience with observability platforms, monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Experience operating high-availability, low-latency, or business-critical systems
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
- Ability to drive technical initiatives independently and influence engineering teams
