Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech (Automobile / Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics) from a Tier-1institute.

Work Experience

· Minimum 10 years

· Maximum 12 years

· Experience working on automobile Strength/Durability at an automotive OEM company

(With more than 5 years of experience using NX software/CAD creation software, Hyper Mesh, LS-DYNA, MSC Nastran-SOL101, SOL111, SOL112)

Job Responsibilities

· Use CAE to evaluate and develop the durability and strength performance of four-wheeled vehicle bodies.





· Predict and evaluate the durability performance of models under development as products, and develop CAE evaluation methods, and work on these developments in cooperation with Suzuki.

· Work to improve CAE technology by confirming CAE accuracy through feedback of actual test results and improving methods, as well as increasing efficiency by introducing new analysis methods.

· Tentative 3 months to 6 months of deputation/training in Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan

Software Knowledge

· NX software/CAD creation software (Mandatory),

· Hyper Mesh (Mandatory),

· LS-DYNA (Mandatory),

· MSC Nastran (SOL101, SOL111, SOL112) (Mandatory),

· FEMFAT (Mandatory),

· Adams Car, Python, VBA etc. (Desirable)

Key Skills/Competencies

- Knowledge of material mechanics and automobile structure
- Practical experience leading a development team for automobile durability and strength performance
- Japanese conversation ability

· Ambitious and actively take on the challenge of improving your skills while valuing teamwork.

· Experience managing CAE engineers.
