# Experience :- 7-9 years as an Architect with Strong knowledge in Architectural design principles, Construction methods, and Project Management practices, Conceptualization and Planning skills, local building codes, safety standards, Rules and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modelling or similar design software

# Qualification :- Diploma /Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution

# Job Location :- Currently in Kolkata

# Salary :- 500000 - 800000 CTC Annually depending on experience.

# Additional Preference/Advantage(optional): -

- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling)
- Staying near Kolkata Location is compulsory.

# Role & Responsibility: -

- Review and analyse architectural plans with a strong focus on market trends and creative design solutions. Designing on a High Rise Building plan.
- Transparent concept regarding Builtup,Carpet,Super builtup area.Strong knowledge of Building codes & rules of Kolkata Municipal Corporation
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all design-related aspects of construction projects, ensuring that the drawings and designs provided by consultants align with the site requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Pay meticulous attention to the intricacies of every single detail within the project to ensure perfection from concept to execution. Review all architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing ) etc design drawings for completeness, accuracy, and feasibility before construction begins.
- Make informed decisions regarding design modifications, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines, costs, and quality. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.




- Approval of all drawings for construction at site after thorough checking. Ensure that drawings are updated regularly to reflect changes and any new requirements as the project progresses.
- Engage with all consultants such as MEP, structural engineers, and landscape designers to review and optimize designs.
- Collaborate with internal Team to refine designs and create alternate layouts to ensure alignment with project goals
- Work closely with the internal team to coordinate layouts and designs, fostering seamless collaboration.
- Quantity estimation of the entire project as per Architectural,Structural,MEP etc drawings.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for design-related challenges during the construction phase.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes and safety standards.
- Act as the main liaison between the Construction site/Project Team and external design consultants for all drawing and design-related queries.
- Ensure that design changes are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and site engineers.
- Conduct occasional site inspections to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly and address any issues or adjustments that arise.
- Ensure that all design documentation is properly stored, organized, and easily accessible for future reference or audits.
- Organize and attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and project teams to review the design process and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action points for follow-up and ensure that the design process stays on track.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Project Head Team and other key stakeholders on the status of design-related issues, changes, and implementation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
