Title: Oracle HCM Cloud GRC / Risk Management Implementation Consultant.

Duration: Long Term

Location: Remote

Required Technical Skills

- 12+ years of experience in Oracle applications, Oracle Cloud, GRC, security, risk management, or related implementation roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud security architecture and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud / Oracle Cloud GRC.
- Solid knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access-risk analysis.
- Experience designing and implementing application access controls and mitigating controls.




- Understanding of Oracle HCM job roles, abstract roles, duty roles, privileges, and data security.
- Experience with HCM security concepts including data roles, role provisioning, security profiles, and access management.
- Experience working on Oracle SaaS implementation projects, preferably full lifecycle implementations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into GRC/risk controls and Oracle Cloud configurations.
- Experience with risk identification, control design, testing, remediation, and audit support.
